Carbon Fiber GT40 Body – Crafted From a Perfected Master Mold

Each Carbon 40R begins with a master-crafted fiberglass or carbon-fiber body, hand-laid and precision-fit to our custom space-frame chassis. Every surface, curve, and vent was refined in-house to ensure perfect alignment and symmetry before a single mold was made.

The original body, imported from Europe, serves as the foundation for our production molds. Once it was fully corrected and finished to marine grade smoothness, it becomes the benchmark for all future builds. From this master, we create precision bodies capable of producing two versions:

• Vacuum-infused fiberglass bodies — combining strength, precision, and affordability through controlled resin infusion for uniform finish and weight balance.

• Carbon-fiber bodies — produced using aerospace techniques, vacuum-bagged and cured for exceptional rigidity and visual perfection.

Each mold is designed for long-term repeatability, ensuring that every Carbon 40R body matches the exact standards of the original1968 gulf cars — lightweight, dimensionally accurate, and built with the same care and craftsmanship that define the brand.
